We are only as healthy as the cells that make up our body. What makes our cells healthy? If you walked into a room and saw a plant sitting there all wilted and sick and you wanted to make it healthy again, what would you do? Would you immediately think what drug or surgery does this plant need? Or what genetic disorder does this plant have that runs in its family? No, you wouldn't. You would think that the plant needs either sunlight, water, nutrients, clean soil or some combination of them.
