Ignorance of the Law is no excuse
So youredriving down the road minding your own business when all of a sudden you seeflashing lights behind you. Upon lookingin your rearview mirror, you realize its a police officer and he wants you topull over. You pull over and as you aresitting in your car nervously awaiting his arrival at your window you arehonestly thinking, What did I do wrong? You put down the window and the police office says Do you know how fastyou were going? You tell him, Yes, 50mph. He says Youre right, but this isa 35 mph zone and you are 15 mph over the speed limit. But you say Officer, I thought this was a45mph zone. He says No, it is a 35 mphzone and I have to write you a ticket. You see Ignorance of the law is no excuse. There are consequences to breaking the lawwhether it was intentional or not and now you have to pay the price. The same is true with health! There are certain laws and even if you dontknow them, they apply. There is always aprice for breaking the laws of health. Sometimes you may have to pay the fine right away and other times it maytake thirty years, but nevertheless you will pay the price. One Law of Healthis that you need a healthy spine and nerve system.
